1. Service Description

SoloBike Express provides private airport transfer services for solo cyclists traveling between Calpe and Alicante/Valencia airports. Our service includes transportation of one passenger and their bike (in a bike box or bag).

2. Booking Terms

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• All bookings are subject to availability
• You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference
• Please ensure all booking details are correct at time of booking
• Bookings are for a single passenger with one bike

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are as displayed at time of booking
• Payment is due upon pickup (cash or card accepted)
• Prices include: private transfer, bike box handling, flight delay monitoring
• Prices are in Euros (EUR)

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
• Late cancellation: Less than 24 hours notice - 50% charge
• No-show: Full charge applies

To cancel, use the cancellation link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time
• Ensure your bike is properly packed in a bike box or travel bag
• Provide accurate contact information
• Inform us of any changes to your plans as soon as possible
• Keep your phone available for contact on the day of transfer

6. Our Responsibilities

• Arrive at the pickup location at the agreed time
• Handle your bike box with care
• Monitor flight delays (if flight number provided)
• Provide a safe and comfortable journey
• Contact you if any issues arise

7. Flight Delays

If you provide your flight number, we will track your flight for delays. We will adjust our pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. Please ensure you provide accurate flight information.

8. Bike Box Requirements

• Maximum bike box dimensions: 150cm x 90cm x 40cm
• Bike must be properly protected in a hard or soft case
• We are not responsible for damage to improperly packed bikes
• Oversized boxes may require prior arrangement

9. Liability

We take reasonable care of your belongings. However, our liability is limited to the value of the transfer service. We recommend you have appropriate travel insurance for your bike and belongings.

10. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify our service or these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Bookings are subject to the terms in effect at the time of booking.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alicante, Spain.
