What if I need to cancel?
Cancel anytime up to 24 hours before - no charge. After that it's 50%. Don't show up at all, full charge. You'll get a cancellation link in your confirmation email.
Really early or really late pickups?
Yeah, that's fine. 5am for an early flight? 2am airport pickup? No problem. It's the nature of flights - weird hours come with the territory.
